What To Expect

Your initial visit with Dr. McCloskey consists of a full examination of your injury including: range of motion assessment, orthopedic and neurological testing, and appropriate functional movement screenings. A full review of our findings is provided so you can fully understand your injury or condition.
After determining that chiropractic treatment is appropriate in your case, a full treatment is performed. The treatment program includes soft tissue manipulation, a chiropractic adjustment, a series of corrective exercises, and functional taping is applied if indicated.

Follow up visits are very similar to initial visits, but it is not necessary to perform a full examination and review of findings. Each follow up treatment includes soft tissue manipulation, a chiropractic adjustment, corrective exercises, and taping as needed.

Adjustment only treatments are reserved for established patients whose initial injury has been resolved. This treatment is designed to attain, improve, and preserve long-term spinal mobility. No soft tissue treatment is provided during these sessions.
