Dr. Karley is currently out of network with all major insurance companies. We can offer you a receipt, or “superbill”, upon request which can be submitted to insurance companies directly from patients for reimbursement. Due to the limits insurance companies put on patients and providers, ChiroPlus chooses to work out of network at this time. Dr. Karley currently can not treat any Medicare eligible patients. 

Initial Consult: Free

  • Dr. Karley offers free consultations in person or over the phone. If Dr. Karley does not feel she can fix your problem, she will refer you to another provider. 

Initial Exam: $130 (1 hour)

  • Includes full examination, review of findings, and treatment (soft tissue work, adjustment, corrective exercises and taping). 

  • Military: $105

Follow-up Visit: $75 (30 minutes) 

  • Military: $65

Adjustment Only: $50 (established patients only- 10 minutes)

  • No soft tissue treatment or exercises will be provided

Pre- paid packages and gift certificates are available upon request.
